Our first edition of New Doom is a Golden Pilsen: a voluptuous golden beer, made with Pilsen malt and European noble hops, clean aroma of grain and bread with floral, herbal and spicy notes due to the profile of hops. Intense malt flavour and firm bitterness that cleanses the mouth and asks for one more drink. We called it, "Golden Number" as unique and hypnotising as Darling Boy. Hazy IPA. Brewed with double dry hoping of 2 of the best Patagonian hops: Bullion and Victoria, plus  the Bravo Hop Stand. Misty orange in color, white and compact head. The aromas of yellow and white fruits balance with citrus. In the background herbal and floral notes complement the nose. Unctuous mouthfeel with a semi-dry finish and balancing bitterness. In flavour, fruits such as peach and mango stand out with subtle resinous contrasts and passion fruit that offer the perfect excuse to drink one more.

Beautifully hopped Ale, copper-colored, this English IPA has a well balanced hop hit, with an aroma between caramel notes and floral, herbal, earthy and citrus, truthful  to the old continent. Our "Doom Soda" is a premium craft beer, noble, with the "Old World" DNA in its hops. This is a noble craft beer made respecting the British heritage, Demob Happy deserves.

Superb drinkability, moderate bitterness and medium body, and a dry finish that invites you to finish the glass and drink another pint!
